SAG Award Red Carpet Snoozefest!

I love award shows and of course one of my favorite parts is the red carpet to see what everyone is wearing. Last night was the 2015 SAG Awards and I have never found a red carpet so boring in my life. Not one, not a single dress wowed me. In general everyone looked nice, but it was all just too safe and boring to me. There was a lot of dark blues and blacks and just blah. There were a couple of dresses that stood out to me, but that really isn't saying much.

I actually really loved Julianne Moore's dress, but I didn't like it on her. And can someone please tell Ms. Moore to do something with her hair other than just run a brush through it. It's an award show for goodness sake!

Sofia Vergara looked perfect per usual. She knows how to dress to her body and I loved that she chose to wear a bold red.

Emmy Rossum's dress was a very nice departure from what everyone else was wearing. I loved that it was not only sparkly, but that the bottom continued the sparkle through sheer allusion material.

Viola Davis. I loved Viola Davis' dress. She definitely stood out the most to me; actually it was her overall look that stood out to me. Her dress was pretty, but not "OMG drop dead gorgeous amazing!', but the look was very pretty and I'm so happy she won the SAG for How to Get Away with Murder... she more than deserved it.

So those are the few standout dresses I felt were worth mentioning, but like I said, nothing really WOWED me. *Cross-Fingers* that the stars really bring it to the Oscars.

P.S. If you've been following me on Instagram, I've been mentioning that I'm going to be writing about my recent makeup haul and also my love of my latest hair accessories, and that's definitely coming up soon. Until then, I hope you all have a great week.
